Growing, Idle, Dawgs!

Welp, Brady has grown 2-3/8 inches in the last five months. We suspect he will need to up his dosage to accomodate the growth. He is still fired up and willing to take the nightly shots, so good for him.
The idle on my truck has gone wonky. Took it in Monday, they “fixed” it. Tuesday if messed up again. Took it in Wednesday. They said it needed a tune-up and it would be good to go. Apparently the Monday fix was just to up the idle. pffttth. They dropped off the Monday charges, so now the to total is around $400. Picked up the truck this morning. By lunch it was doing the exact same thing. I’m suspecting the Idle Air Control Valve, which sells after market for $200, so no telling what it will cost to replace. I called this afternoon to see if they had made any progress. They said they wanted to test it from a cold start tomorrow morning. And this after I’ve told them (all three times) that it works from cold start, it worsens as it warms up until after a few miles it will just die at stop lights. Grrrrr. I really hate car problems, but I love my truck. What’s a boy to do?
