I shiver with anticipation. As you know my Treo 600 screen met with an untimely demise a while back and I’ve been debating whether to get it repaired or wait for the Treo 650 to be released. Well, the wait is over. The 650 for Cingular and the unlocked GSM were released yesterday. I currently have T-Mobile service and like the idea of an unlocked device, but Cingular does appear to have a better coverage area and their EDGE data network looks nice at ~150kbps. What to do?
