Man, I took a beating Tuesday night sparring. I made a beautiful fist block with my left eye. And numerous bruising strikes with my left forearm. And that was just during warmup.
Emily is really enjoying color guard. Brady is fired up about baseball. Ben is still undecided about basketball. Abbey is ready for Indian Princess.
Carol will be photographing the Poplin girls tomorrow.

Half A Plan

It appears that just because it is a "half" marathon does not mean that a half-hearted training schedule will work. So this morning at 5:30 I fell out of bed and took off for a mile run.
