Emily is off on a date, Ben and Brady are sleeping over at friend’s, so that leaves Abbey. The three of us head to Mama Fus for dinner, then on to Home Depot for stuff.
Emily had a Winter Guard competition and they got fourth place. Em choreographed the dance parts. Yea. Abbey and I spent the day working on her mobile and just having fun.
I hope your weekend was equally fun.

Our big storm of the winter season produced this one icicle. The kids didn’t even get to miss a day of school. However, I did hear there were over 100 wrecks Sunday. But around here if the weathermen just mention the possibility of snow then drivers start sliding off the road.
Let’s be careful out there. (what tv show?)
Winter Or Not

Last weekend we got snow. This weekend we are expecting freezing rain. Today it was 71 degrees. The picture is from this summer but todays weather reminded me of that day with Abbey.
Karate was good today. Wrestling at lunch and I felt I had improved to slightly better than awful. Tonight we did our kimes (sp?) on our weak side. That wasn’t pretty. Then Professor Rawls worked with us on judo techniques. I was throwing Chelsea around like a little girl. I mean she was the little girl and not me acting like one.
