This is the crowd of (mostly) fathers waiting to present flowers to their dancers. When you enter the crowd you shout out the number of years yhey’ve been dancing and the initial of their last name. At that point it is sort of like an auction house. People shout out their spots and you just bubble into place. Nothing fancy, but it works and has for many years.

These last couple of weeks of school are crazy. The kids have all kinds of things going on. School is out Tuesday, but they go back August 4th. The van repairs were costly. I doubt we will repair it again if that expensive. It is only worth 3k or so. We got the Q crew off to DC Monday. That van was as full as it possibly could be. Dance recital this weekend. See you there.

Here’s Emily being inducted into the Natinal Honor Society. We also bought that car. A 2000 Honda Civic with only 48k miles. It was a find. Brady has been home with a stomach bug most of this week. The Shining Penguin partnership has been forged. I’m up to 9 characters in my attempt to relearn morse code.
